These are the ice creams I have made to decorate my upcoming ice cream party cake for my daughter’s birthday party on 1st September… What do you think? They are made by covering polystyrene shapes with fondant. I used sugar glue to attach the sprinkles. The cherries are little balls of fondant painted with leaf glaze to make them shiny. The stalks are just green florist wire.
